Shantell White is an experienced Balloon Stylist & Certified Chef based in Baltimore, Maryland. Shantell’s love for balloons began in 2020 when she came up with the idea to add balloon decor and props to her intimate dinner services to create an unforgettable experience for her clients. After realizing how much she loved balloons and making props, Shantell became the CEO of Inflated Expressions Balloon Co. on her birthday in April 2021. Balloons help her express her creative side and she absolutely enjoys bringing her clients’ vision into fruition!
